KVKK notice

This notice is given by Databilim Teknoloji A.Ş. as data controller under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The Turkish version is the binding one.

Personal data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email address, sign-in provider (Google) and profile photo.
• Your content: chat messages, ratings, reviews, reports and owner replies.
• Security: IP address (at most 1 hour for abuse limits, at most 30 days in server logs), device and browser type, session records.
• Page information: only the cleaned address and title of pages where you open a chat or rate.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Creating your account and providing the service (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, performance of a contract).
• Preventing fake ratings and abuse, keeping the service secure (Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest).
• Meeting legal obligations and answering official requests (Art. 5/2-ç).

Transfers

Our servers are in Türkiye and run by our company directly. Data is shared only as needed with Google (sign-in), our email provider, Cloudflare (only if the contact form spam check is on) and authorised public bodies. Sharing with Google, Cloudflare and the email provider may be a transfer abroad and follows Art. 9 of KVKK.

How we collect it

Electronically and automatically, through the extension, realtimeweb.net and the mobile app.

Your rights

Under Art. 11 of KVKK you can learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation. Write to [email protected], or download or delete your data in Account settings. We answer within 30 days.
