RealtimeWeb works when the people reading a page can trust each other. These rules apply to chats, reviews, owner replies and profiles.

Be honest

• Rate and review from your own experience.
• Do not post paid, swapped or coordinated ratings, and do not ask others to.
• Owners: reply as the site, never pose as a visitor.

Be respectful

• No insults, threats, harassment or hate based on who someone is.
• Criticise the site or the content, not the person.
• No sexual content involving minors, ever.

Keep it on topic

• Talk about the page or the site you are on.
• No spam, repeated messages or unrelated links.
• No advertising, except owners replying about their own site.

Protect privacy

• Do not post anyone's address, phone number, ID or private messages.
• Do not share someone's call or chat without their consent.

What happens next

Use Report on any message or review. Moderators look at reports in all six languages. Content that breaks these rules is removed; repeated or serious cases lead to a temporary or permanent ban.
